General terms of sale
All orders are subject to the explicit acceptance of these general terms of sale.
Bookshops and other retailers are asked to submit their orders to our distributors, Interforum (Belgium) and Pollen Diffusion (France).
- Payment
The merchandise remains the seller’s property until full payment of the price, including possible bank transfer fees (IBAN bank transfers within the SEPA zone do not incur any transfer costs), is made. - Postage and handling costs
All orders are shipped by the postal service (Bpost).
We apply a progressive rate: For Web surfers in Belgium, we bear the delivery costs. For Web surfers situated elsewhere in Europe or in the rest of the world, a postage and handling fee that varies with the destination and weight of the package will be charged. - Delivery deadlines
a) Once our accounting department receives payment, it should take 10 days to receive an order in Belgium. Deliveries of orders to other countries will take variable amounts of time that are impossible for us to foresee.
b) For all orders of e-books paid for by PayPal, customers will receive an automatic e-mail message immediately enabling them to download the files (in ePub and PDF formats).
If you do not receive this e-mail, please check whether it has been routed to your spam box or contact us. - Returns and complaints
Shipped merchandise may not be returned or exchanged; it travels at the customer’s risk, even in the case of postage-paid deliveries.
To be valid, all complaints must be received by registered letter at the physical address of Now Future Éditions within two weeks of delivery of the merchandise.
The courts of Liège have sole jurisdiction over any disputes that arise.
